The connection to the gambling site is stopped right on your phone, before it can begin — the request never even reaches the gambling company. Your browser simply shows its normal "this site can't be reached" page. Yes. Custom blocked sites takes any domain you type. People use it for sports-tip apps, financial-trading sites, social networks that push betting content, or anything else they want off their phone.

Rare, but it happens — and anyone can flag it as a bug. Head to OFFBET.app/suggest-improvement and tell us which domain is wrongly blocked; we’ll review every report manually and whitelist it for everyone in the next blocklist refresh, usually within the day.

Report the problem through support chat or [email protected]: include the app name, store link, exact message or a screenshot with private details hidden, phone model and OFFBET version.

Update OFFBET and the affected app, then check that it is not selected in your personal blocked apps list. Some apps refuse an active VPN, even a local one. We maintain an Android VPN exclusion list for specific apps: those apps bypass the VPN filter while other apps remain filtered. Our team reviews reports before deciding on a suitable fix or exclusion.

On Android, the refusal may involve the VPN or the accessibility service. OFFBET uses this service to block certain apps and limit bypasses. A VPN exclusion does not remove this separate security check by the banking app.

GCash is already on our VPN exclusion list. If its warning mentions accessibility, this exclusion is not enough: compatibility also depends on which services GCash accepts.

Update both apps and send the exact message to [email protected] for help identifying the cause. For an urgent transaction, ask your bank about another official way to access its services. Never send support a password, banking PIN or verification code.
